This Refund Policy explains when, how, and on what conditions you can obtain a refund for the HyperFlow Indicator Suite. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. By purchasing, subscribing to, or using the Service, you accept this Refund Policy.
The Service is provided and supplied by HyperFlow Trading ("HyperFlow," "we," "us," or "our"). Capitalised terms used but not separately defined in this Refund Policy have the meaning given to them in our Terms.
In short: Everything we sell is digital access to the Indicator Suite on TradingView. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on every payment. After 14 days, change-of-mind refunds are not available, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges, and your separate statutory consumer rights (including for a faulty or non-conforming Service) always remain.
1. Definitions
1.1 "Refund Policy" means this document, as updated from time to time.
1.2 "Service," "Indicator Suite," "Indicators," "Subscription," "Whop," "TradingView," and "consumer" have the meanings given in our Terms.
1.3 A "payment" means any individual charge you make for the Service, whether it is your first purchase of a plan or a later renewal payment.
2. What You Are Buying (Digital Service — No Physical Returns)
2.1 The Indicator Suite is supplied entirely as digital access: invite-only scripts made available to your account on TradingView. Nothing physical is shipped to you.
2.2 Because there is nothing physical to return, this Refund Policy does not involve returns, return shipping, or return-shipping costs. Where a refund is given, we simply remove your access to the Indicator Suite.
2.3 When you purchase, you request and consent to immediate access to the Indicator Suite. We begin providing access as soon as your payment is confirmed and your TradingView username has been added. As explained in Section 11, offering you immediate access does not take away the 14-day money-back guarantee or your statutory rights.
3. Our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
3.1 The guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Indicator Suite, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the payment. This applies to your first purchase of a plan and to each renewal payment.
3.2 No reason needed. You do not have to give a reason. "I'm not satisfied" is enough.
3.3 Good-faith use. The guarantee is intended to be used in good faith. We may decline a refund where we reasonably believe the guarantee is being abused (for example, repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles), or where you have materially breached the Terms (for example, by sharing, reselling, or copying your access). Declining a refund on these grounds does not affect your non-waivable statutory rights (see Section 11).
3.4 In addition to your rights. This guarantee is a voluntary commitment we offer on top of the statutory rights described in Section 11. It does not replace or reduce them.
4. How to Request a Refund
4.1 To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of the payment:
(a) email us at bitcoinhyperofficial@gmail.com (or use the refund/contact option in your Whop account); and
(b) include the email address used for the purchase, your Whop order or receipt details, and the TradingView username linked to your access, so we can locate your payment.
4.2 We will review your request and, if it is eligible, approve it. Where a refund is due, we instruct Whop to process it (see Section 5).
4.3 Once a refund is approved, your access to the Indicator Suite will be removed.
5. Refund Method and Processing Time
5.1 Method. Refunds are made to your original payment method. Refund decisions are made by us; Whop processes approved refunds on our instruction. We do not refund to a different account or by a different method.
5.2 Timing. After we approve a refund, it is usually completed within 5–10 business days, although the exact timing depends on Whop and on your bank, card issuer, or wallet provider.
5.3 Currency and fees. Refunds are made in the currency of your original payment. Any third-party fees (for example, currency-conversion or network fees applied by your bank, card issuer, or wallet) are outside our control.
5.4 No restocking, cancellation, or processing fees. Because the Service is digital, we do not deduct any restocking, cancellation, or processing fee from a refund. You receive the full amount you are eligible to be refunded.
5.5 Full refunds, not partial. A refund under the 14-day money-back guarantee is a refund of your full payment; we do not reduce it to reflect the time you have already had access. We do not otherwise offer partial or pro-rata refunds (for example, for the unused part of a Subscription after the 14-day window), except where your statutory rights require it (see Sections 9 and 11).
5.6 No exchanges. Your plan includes the full Indicator Suite and any updates we release while your Subscription is active, so there is nothing to exchange. We do not offer exchanges in place of a refund.
6. Cryptocurrency Refunds
6.1 Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
6.2 Where a refund is due on a purchase you made in cryptocurrency, we will instruct Whop to process the refund through Whop's standard refund process, in an amount equal to the price you paid for the Subscription.
6.3 Because cryptocurrency values fluctuate, the value of any refund at the time you receive it may differ from the current market value of the cryptocurrency you originally sent. We are not responsible for that difference, for network fees, or for losses caused by you sending the wrong amount or to the wrong address.
7. Cancelling a Subscription vs. Getting a Refund
7.1 These are two different things. Please don't confuse them:
(a) Cancelling stops your Subscription from renewing in the future. You can cancel at any time through your Whop account. Cancelling on its own does not refund payments you have already made.
(b) A refund is money returned to you under this Refund Policy.
7.2 When you cancel, your access generally continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then ends.
8. Renewals
8.1 Monthly, quarterly, and yearly Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. The one-time yearly access plan does not renew.
8.2 Each renewal payment carries its own 14-day money-back guarantee under Section 3, measured from the date of that renewal payment.
8.3 To avoid being charged for a renewal you don't want, cancel through your Whop account before the renewal date.
9. Faulty, Inaccessible, or Non-Conforming Service
9.1 The rights in this Section are separate from the 14-day money-back guarantee and are not limited to 14 days.
9.2 If the Indicator Suite is faulty, materially not as described, or you cannot access it because of a problem on our side, please contact us at bitcoinhyperofficial@gmail.com. We will first try to restore your access or fix the problem within a reasonable time.
9.3 If we cannot provide the Service in conformity with what was described within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law — which may include having the Service brought into conformity, a price reduction, or a refund. We will handle this in line with your statutory rights (see Section 11).
9.4 What is not a fault in the Service. For clarity, and consistent with Sections 5 and 6 of the Terms, the following are not defects in the Service and are not grounds for a refund under this Section: unprofitable trades, trading losses, the Indicators producing signals you disagree with or that turn out to be unprofitable, your own trading decisions, or downtime, changes, or restrictions caused by TradingView, Whop, your internet connection, or your own device or setup.
10. Non-Refundable Situations and Exclusions
10.1 Subject always to your non-waivable statutory rights (Section 11), refunds are not available in the following situations:
(a) change-of-mind requests made after the 14-day window for the relevant payment;
(b) dissatisfaction with trading results, profitability, win rate, or accuracy — the Indicator Suite is an analytical tool and does not guarantee any result (see Sections 5 and 6 of the Terms);
(c) where your access has been suspended or terminated because you materially breached the Terms (for example, sharing, reselling, copying, or reverse-engineering the Indicators); or
(d) where we reasonably determine that the money-back guarantee is being abused.
10.2 None of these exclusions removes or limits any right you have that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
11. Your Statutory Rights (These Cannot Be Waived)
11.1 EU/EEA consumers — right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, as implemented in your country (in Slovenia, the Consumer Protection Act / Zakon o varstvu potrošnikov). Because you ask for and receive immediate access to a digital service, the statutory withdrawal right for that service may be limited; however, our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee gives you a full refund within 14 days regardless, so you are not left worse off.
11.2 Conformity rights. If you are a consumer, you also have statutory rights where digital content or a digital service is faulty or not as described (in the EU, under the rules implementing the Digital Content Directive; in Slovenia, under the Consumer Protection Act). These rights are not limited to 14 days and are addressed in Section 9.
11.3 Consumers elsewhere. If you are a consumer outside the EU/EEA, you keep the mandatory consumer and refund rights of your own country of residence, to the extent they apply and cannot be excluded.
11.4 Nothing waived. Nothing in this Refund Policy or in our Terms removes, limits, or replaces any consumer right that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.
11.5 Out-of-court dispute resolution. Information about alternative dispute resolution for consumers is set out in Section 23 of our Terms. (The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and no longer operates.)
12. Chargebacks
12.1 If you have a billing concern, please contact us at bitcoinhyperofficial@gmail.com, or use the refund process above, before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.
12.2 Initiating a chargeback without first seeking a refund through the proper process may, where permitted by law, result in suspension or termination of your access. This does not affect your genuine statutory or cardholder rights.
13. Changes to This Refund Policy
13.1 We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last Updated" date above. The version of this Refund Policy in force at the time of your payment applies to that payment.
13.2 Changes will not retroactively reduce any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
